Light
Interesting...
In NYC sunrise is 5:57am and sunset is 7:49pm.
In Seattle sunrise is 5:55am and sunset is 8:17pm.
Those extra 30 minutes of light are very noticeable. And it is making my bedtime difficult to uphold!

Sherif and Seedy Dude
All of a sudden the bus made an unscheduled stop near Sodo (near the stadiums) for what felt like forever. The doors were open so cold air was streaming in...sigh. Very Odd
I am craving mussels. I don't really like shellfish. But what I would give for a bucket of garlic-y muscles and some bread right now...

The View
On Sunday I went up to Kerry Park to see the famous view. It's really beautiful. The clouds prevented Mt Rainier from making an appearance in the background, though.
One of the many staircases in upper Queen Anne:

Fro-yo
Finally found a frozen yogurt place in Queen Anne (they are totally absent from Belltown and Downtown). Very minimal fruit selection, but I'll take what I can get.

Travel Issues
Why are there no direct flights from Seattle to Cancun? The shortest return flight is 14 hours (1 stop that is always a 5-6 hour lay over).
