Why Starbucks is No Longer My Morning Spot

Online orders! People can submit orders for pick-up via the sbux mobile app. So while you are waiting in a 6-person-deep line at the store, the single Barista is making 4 mobile orders. So it is really like a 10-person line. Why don't I order via the app you say? I did. Turns out the menu isn't very customizable. For example, you can't specify "double tall" or "non-fat milk" let alone "double tall non-fat no whip no sprinkle kids temp pumpkin spice latte." 

So now I go to cherry street coffee, which is on the way to my car. As long as I beat the old lady walking club before 8am it's okay. Otherwise I'll get stuck waiting behind up to 10 people.
